I bought these right out of Open Water. I received the recommendation these were the cure all answer all by my store salesman. Though they are good for quarries and lakes they are not the best for diving in currents. Also for being a split fin there still is a little resistance thats noticeable unlike the Apollo Bio fins. I think because the fin is rigid it kind of makes it not so desirable.
These fins are Postively buoyant though and that in itself is a plus. I just never did quiet like these and they almost ruined my opinion on splits. I did however during Dive Master class learn the Apollos were much better and allowed me to make up lost time.
I now use these fins in reserve and most likely they will be heading to a garage sale before long.

Just perfect Lightweight, Efficient with no effort you will c the difference, it's really allow you more speed under water, only point if you size is 8 take the 8-9 not the 7-8 size :-)

I wear a size 15 shoe and ordered these in the largest size (13/14). It was a bit snug but comfortable in the water and definitely wearable. I had no chafing problems on my first scuba trip, which was 17 dives in one week off Roatan, Honduras.
