I have been using these fins almost the entire time I have been certified. You get good speed and control with little effort. The housing for your foot is a little stiff, and it will feel like you should tighten them more then you actually need to. Don't over tighten these or they will rub the top of your foot.

Overall a great set of fins. I know a lot of people who use them and I have yet to find a better set of fins.

Rubbed the top of my foot.A softer rubber
probably would help.Great ease of kicking
with no leg fatiuge.I really like the fins
except for the rubbing.
