Oceanic has taken the same technology behind the Vortex series and extended it to the world's most efficient fin! The technological edge is achieved with the patented Nature's Wing technology by splitting the blade to generate highly efficient thrust or lift like an airplane wing, while reducing the strain on the muscles of the leg and hips by allowing the water to drain between the dual blades. With the V12, Oceanic's design team has worked long and hard to create just the right combination of fin size, shape, and angle. Then added Duoprene a proprietary combination of natural rubbers and hi-tech polymers to fully maximize this new technology and create the ultimate fin.

Very fast fins!! I use it for taking sharks uw photos... so I need fast fins to "pursue" then!! And when you need to sprint this fins realy help you... I just think it is a a little bit heavy fins!! cost-effective!

I'm in a professional diving program, and log 3+ dives a week. These fins are excellent. I was caught in a heavy ripcurrent and although I was wiped out, I beat the current.

Very comfortable, hardly knew I was wearing them. Was able to dive for very long periods of time without leg cramps and did not work as hard saving energy and air.

Improved bottom time especially going against the current. With the current control was very easy, with little movement. I thought they were good enough that I bought them for my son who is on his way to becoming a dive master.

I normally have issues with leg cramps but I don't have any issues with these fins at all. The quick release works great for getting the fins off while in the water holding on to the ladder on the boat.
