I have had these since they came out years ago. I have purchased 4 pairs but still use the first ones I bought(full foot fins, larger ones for dry suit, etc). They are great for photographers who need power but can't hover with split fins. I am also able to frog kick in them which is mostly how I swim.. Full foot model run slightly big though and I do get blisters from them. These are by far the best fins I have ever used; they feel very natural on. My only compalint is that I wish they were a little more negative since my feet tend to float..

Been using them for 150+ dives. With advantage of working at dive operator, I've tried and compared other makes and types; Volo Power is a good compromise among all aspects if you are not yet sure about your speial needs. These fins feature different flexibilities at differnet parts that respond differnetly to the effort you put in. Quite delicate. Use this feature well and they will make you happy. Like a sports car with auto-shift; Volo Power won't give you impressive 0-60 drag racing result, but will give you a pleasant ride on Autobaun.

I had a pair of Volo's and I traded up to VOLO Power. I installed the Spring straps, the ones that come with the fins are too complicated and do not work that well.

I found that I had to change the way I swim, I have to kick more with my hips, keeping my leg straight, using my full leg. As opposed to kicking by bending my knees.

I would stick with the Quatros. These are comfortable but feel broken, they are so flimsey and have no power what so ever for any current
