Avanti Tre features a soft anatomical foot pocket, and mid-sized blade with three channels for optimal movement of water during the kicking cycle. Tre is perfect for travel to warm water locations. Upper and lower stabilizers help transfer energy from the foot pocket to the blade. Fin gives an easy kick for extended snorkeling time. Super-channel is designed for the diver who wants the perfect blend of power and efficiency in one fin. The new blade design with a large central Super-channel and two traditional lateral channels provide excellent thrust while maintaining hi-efficiency and minimizing leg fatigue.

This fin is great for Underwater Hockey practice. They hold up well with extensive use (I used my old pair for about two and a half years practicing three times a week)

A bit flexible due to the added center channel but they work great for propelling me through the water without tiring me out. If you want a stiffer fin try the Avanti Hp. Worked well with all types of finning. Very maneuverable. I ordered 1.5 size smaller than my shoe size and they fit perfectly. I knew what size to order as I have used Mares fins before. I wear a size 12 shoe and the 9.5 to 10.5 fit perfect. Can dive every day with no blisters. Great all around fin at a great price!

These are very good fins for snorkling and SCUBA diving. I was looking for fins with blades that provide good power, but not so stiff that they would wear me out. These have proven to be exactly what I wanted. The slight looseness in the foot pocket has not been a problem. The only problem was in sizing as the website only shows letter sizes with no reference to a numbered size. From my experience, I can tell you that Large = Size 8-9 and X-Large = Size 9.5-10.5. The PFF Guarantee for size was nice and took care of my exchange, but it did delay my use of the fins. The interesting thing is that nowhere on the fins is letter sizing shown yet letter sizing is what the website uses. Perhaps Leisure Pro can fix this sizing chart.

Bought these to replace ones that were stolen with the rest of my dive gear. I also bought a pair for my partner who is a beginning snorkeler. The Tre's are very light, very comfortable and very efficient. The heel slips a bit but I blame that on my feet!

I bought these fins before going to Cozumel because I wanted to avoid using my boots and open heel fins. These were comfortable and easy to take on and off. On one dive I needed to get some speed to view a manta ray cruising over the reef. These fins delivered.

Mares came up with their own sizing numbers for these, you have to try them on to get a clue what fits. After that, this is a comfortable, easy on/off fin with plenty of power for tropical diving. My first grab for pool or vacation use. Showing some wear from hard use but no tears yet.

I've been diving since the early 70's and have used a myriad of different fins over the years. A fellow diver turned me on to the 'Avanti Tre' fin a few years ago. I have to say that these are the best all purpose fins that I have ever used. Propulsion is excellent with minimal effort. Great manuverability.The boot is well integrated into the body of the fin as opposed to being built on top of the fin.They are extremely comfortable to wear (no ankle chaffing) I now own two pairs of these fins and will probably buy a third pair just to be sure that I have a lifetime supply in case Mares decides to stop making them.
