This is the only long freediving fin I have found that I can get my foot into. I wear men's 8 EEEE to 6E shoe, depending on the cut. My foot and a 7mm sock fits in an XLarge 44/46 Immersion open heal fin (marketed by JBL) with about a ½" of the bottom of the pocket beyond my heel. Not exactly apple-to-apples, but I would guess the foot pocket is about as wide as a Large Jet Fin and longer.

It is comfortable, though probably less hydrodynamic than a full foot pocket that fits well. The foot pocket is about medium stiffness compared to other long fins I have seen. For obvious reasons, I can't give a fair comparison to other long fins.
