The blade is rather long, and has a differentiated thickness - thicker at the front end of the foot, it gets progressively thinner towards the end of the blade.
The wide-soled foot is very comfortable and outstandingly enveloping thanks to the extensive use of elastomers. The soles are completely covered in thermo-rubber to give them an excellent grip on boat decks.

I wear a size 10.5 shoe and the 10-11 fin is a little large, there is about a fingers worth of space behind my foot.

I've been using these fins for UWH and they work very well. They're not quite as big and stiff as the Quattro's, but provide more power than HP's and other snorkeling style fins. They feel a little odd the first time you use them because your toes are below the blade not on top. I got used to them after a few laps. They foot pockets are some of the most comfortable I've found.
One significant point for UWH, it's not entirely clear if these fins are legal for tournaments. There is a small section of the blade (~1") that does not have a side rail and could be considered dangerous. Some refs say they're OK, others aren't sure.

Great fin for dynamic apnea training. Super high quality molding. The foot pocket is very comfortable, even without socks or booties. Great choice for building strength and technique for a longer freediving-specific fin.

My foot size is 13. The largest size should fit, but they don't even come close. Also, there are two ridges on the top of the foot and those make the foot pocket even more uncomfortable. Never made it to the water with them. If your foot is large, these are not for you.

I’m kinda used to stiff fins like Technisub Nasa and found these ones way too soft.. they are comfortable but the blade deforms and I feel I have no traction.. lovely design though..
