Brand: Cressi
Located in: Essential Equipment, Fins
New Cressi fins designed specifically for the pool and for training.

The short blade is made from highly reactive and light materials to guarantee agile and not very tiring, but still effective kicking.

The length of the blade and the materials used have been studied to enable perfect muscle training, without ever causing painful cramps.

The side of the blade is protected by a soft elastomer profile to prevent possible damage to other swimmers.

The computer-designed foot is made completely from soft elastomers, and its highly anatomical shape houses the foot with a great degree of comfort, even during long swim sessions.

The special conformation of the wide-soled foot makes inserting the foot easy and smooth.

Who they're for

These fins have been specifically designed for training and to build up muscles, but they can also be profitably used for snorkelling and swimming, where the small size of the blade makes it easier to enter and come out of the water.

Comments about Cressi Cressi Sub Light exercise Fin:

I have been using this product in the pool during my training for freediving. These fins are great for underwater sprints and give you a great workout. I own a pair of the Cressi Gara 3000 I use for spearfishing and have yet to be disappointed by this brand.

Service & Delivery comments:

The pro staff gave me the correct guidance on the size I should select. My other Cressi fins I wear a sock with and these I do not so it was important to get a correct fit.

Comments about Cressi Cressi Sub Light exercise Fin:

These fins worked out great! Husband & I each bought a pair for travel and they fit perfectly in the bag with the masks and vest. Small enough to travel yet big enough to help swim through the waves. Especially liked the inserts that come with them. We tied a small rope through them and were able to throw them over the shoulder to walk down the beach.

Really like the ask the pro feature of this sight. Was very helpful in choosing the right size.

Service & Delivery comments:

Product arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

Comments about Cressi Cressi Sub Light exercise Fin:

I would rate these fins as "average". I would have liked them much better if they were able to float when in the water. They are awkward to use in a pool since you do not have enough room to adequately use them properly. If you are in a large pool, I guess you would enjoy them more.

Great for exercise. I'm recovering from a knee replacement and they realy help to build up my legs again. They give me that extra resistance for a good work out. I use them in a pool with kick board and regular swimming. Not sure how they would be for snorkle. Would not recomend for SCUBA.

Comments about Cressi Cressi Sub Light exercise Fin:

Due to health problems impact arobics are out of the question. I took up swimming and needed some fins to help work the legs better. These fins fit the bill. My legs get a good workout. Which will help when I dive or snorkel. The only problem I have is that they are 1/2 to 1 size too big, so buy one size smaller than you normally would. For the price it is an outstanding product.

Comments about Cressi Cressi Sub Light exercise Fin:

These fins are super comfortable and would work ok for snorkeling, but are best suited for training uses. I use them to keep my finning mucscles in shape; you're not propelled as fast with these shorties. I had to get a size smaller than I would otherwise fit.

Comments about Cressi Cressi Sub Light exercise Fin:

After years of inactivity, I wanted to start training for oceanic diving again, working out in my pool. I needed a fin that would help me progressively get my legs in shape, and being over 50, didn't want to use the U.S.Navy stiff blades I used in my younger days for fear of cramping and becoming discouraged. I find these fins to be excellent for re-conditioning those who want to get back to using a stiff, large-blade fin for open water oceanic diving, or training beginners in becoming comfortable using fins. They also would be ideal for warm water relatively calm and current free lagoon snorkeling for first-time skin divers. They are neutrally buoyant; easy to put on and take off in the water. And they are of the quality that has been the tradition of Cressi Sub products. I've been a divemaster since 1983 with much open water and working experience; beginner's fins don't get better than these.

Comments about Cressi Cressi Sub Light exercise Fin:

Would be perfect for swimmer looking for more leg exercise. I cut them down by an inch and a half. Because they are sized large I have to wear the Speedo fin socks to keep them from rubbing. The socks and cut down fins are now my regular fins but having to deal with drying fin socks sucks.

Comments about Cressi Cressi Sub Light exercise Fin:

I have osteo-arthritis in my knees and had difficulty getting in and out of water with large fins. With these it is easy and I had a great time and swam for at least an hour at a time without difficulty. Before, with big fins I would do about 20 mins at a time and my knees would be bad after getting in and out of the water with the long fins. There was just enough propulsion to keep me going without getting over tired. All in all a great product. I would recommend these cressi sub fins for anyone with knee problems.
