Blade: made from a special material (Compo-Flex) a lightweight polypropylene. The use of this new, material enables the Gara Professional fins to outperform carbon blades in terms of reactivity. The Gara Professional blade also boasts incredible resistance to any kind of impact or stress, making accidental breakage practically impossible.
As with the other Gara fins (2000, 3000 and 3000 LD) the Gara Professional fins are made using processes that meet high standards of precision and compliance with strict technical parameters. Another important and exclusive feature of the material used is the duration and constant performance of the blade over time: even with intense, prolonged use, the blade will not wear out and will not lose its original technical features.
Foot Pocket: compared to the other Cressi Gara fins, the new foot pocket of the Gara Professional has been designed to fit on the bottom of the actual fin blade. This feature, together with a well designed blade-foot pocket combination, reduces the fining effort and the dispersion of energy during fining. The shape of the foot pocket has been redesigned and improved further compared to the highly regarded foot pocket of the other Cressi Gara fins. The use of a new, more flexible elastomer makes the foot pocket more comfortable.

I have always used Cressi fins because of their high tech applied to these fins and their products. If you like stiffer, powefull and quick fins for spearfishing, these are the ones, there is no need to go for the carbon fins or some other brands. They work great facing strong currents and help U go down and up in a hurry! The price Leisure Pro offers is simply the best worldwide.
The foot pocket is the best and most comfortable in the market, fins are extremely durable, efficient and have a cool design. Since the blades are stiffer than the grey Gara Pro LD, you have to get used to them, try them in the pool first, then go out for the big fish...
I have no complains about these great fins, they're simply the best out there!!

The issue is the listing, LP lists it as 10-12 but it showed up 10 - 11 - I would have ordered 11 - 12 if I thought it was possible. IT is!

I purchased larger size to use with socks and accomodate wide feet. Even without socks fins stay on. Great foot pocket.I have only used them once but seem to be great.I had to trade for larger size[...]

my feet are a narrow 10.5. i ordered a 10/11 to accompany the 3mm socks. the fins are too big even with socks and slip off. narrow feet? pick one size down.ive been spearfishing for 1year with regular sized flippers, once i got these i was so exited about the power/speed they offered that i went too hard and sprained both my ankles.(like lifting 30/40p with toe every kick)i would recommend the softer cressi 3000LD first then, once strong enough the 2000. dive 10M in 4 kicks

Fins are very comfortable; can definitely feel the power when using these versus regular SCUBA fins. Only recommendation is to get some fin socks; they can rub blisters if you plan on doing a lot of paddling or multiple dives in one day.
