I recently used my fins in a still water enviroment and a slightly flowing river and went only where I wanted to go. These fins gave me great speed and weren't in the way at all. I did have to get some thin socks made just for full foot fins, very inexpensive under fifteen dollars, and was swimming upstream in no time. I only got the socks to prevent any rubbing. My foot fit the fin exactly. I had doubts about the fit with it being a full footed fin but now my buddy is jealous because I don't have to worry about straps or buy those expensive boots! Great buy!

I have a small dive operation in Cozumel and I use these fins myself and also carry them for my rental gear. It is important that my divers have power because sometimes we have strong current and these fins can do the job in the worst currents.

I used these fins for snorkeling and they were very comfortable for me. The only thing that I could find negative about them is getting out of the water at the shore because they are difficult to walk in.
