The MicroFin is an aggressive training fin for a serious swim workout. The unique design of the MicroFin provides resistance for strength training and positions the feet on the water's surface, helping to improve overall form and astreamlined profile. The fin foot pocket is made of soft TPR rubber and has a convenient pull tab for ease of donning and extreme comfort when fining, the blade is manufactured from a dual density rubber and thermoplastic polymer. The rubber inserts make the blade more flexible, allowing an application of constantforce and reduced muscle fatigue in the recovery phase of the leg. The calibrated length of the blade also allows natural movement of the ankle.
A non-slip sole helps prevent slipping while wearing the fins on the pool deck. The end of the blade is coated with a rubber edge for the safety of swimmers in the pool. The fins add more leg workout to my swimming exercise routine. The fins are comfortable but I still use socks for additional comfort.
