If you want a SIMPLE dive computer, this is it. I don't want one with a wireless transmitter. I don't one that connects into a laptop. I just want a dive computer that serves as an actual dive computer. The Veo 100 is perfect.

LeisurePro hooked me up. I wanted a computer I could grow with and this fits the bill. It's easy to use and takes care of me on my dives.
The only thing I don't like is a lack of backlight. Aside from that, and maybe a compass and perhaps a built in pressure gauge, which I am sure would cost much more, this seems to be a good computer for the money.

Easy to set-up and use providing you are in water of good visibility. If you dive in deep dark water or do night diving, better make sure your flashlight has a fresh set of batteries because you will be using it alot. With all that said...pretty good computer

Comments about Oceanic Oceanic "Veo 100 NX" Wrist Dive Computer, Yellow:

The computer is well made; it can do everything a recreational diver would want a computer to do. It really only lacks a backlight, and method for transferring the dive log to a personal computer (but I consider this a big limitation). The ability to rotate the top portion of the console and position of the gauges make all of them easy to read and access. I would recommend this product.

I have to say for the cost of this product it is a really high quality computer with lots of information available to the user. It's compact and easy to use once you spend a little bit of time with the instructions. Again, this is a great trade-off between cost and "bells & whistles".

Comments about Oceanic Oceanic "Veo 100 NX" Wrist Dive Computer, Yellow:

This is a best value for the money. I think it's the lowest priced Oceanic Dive computer with Nitrox function. Display is large and is easy to read. All the necessary information is available at a glance. Unfortunately it doesn't have a backlight, so I had to use flashlight to check the display during night diving. Another peculiar thing is that it has PC interface connector, but it's not functional and the manual doesn't list any PC download features.

Comments about Oceanic Oceanic "Veo 100 NX" Wrist Dive Computer, Yellow:

An excellent, intuitive dive computer that is more than enough for most divers. It is also very affordable. The only drawback is it does not have a gauge mode, although it can still be used as a bottom timer for planned decompression dives as long as you are willing to push the button to get run time while it is in decompression mode.

Comments about Oceanic Oceanic "Veo 100 NX" Wrist Dive Computer, Yellow:

VERY, VERY basic, and easy to use. Did not have to reset it everytime for the nitrox which was nice. It does not tell you what your next dive profile can be, just what it is at that depth all the time. And only stores 8 dives. But if you want very simple which I did this is a good one to own. Easy to read and see too. ASK for Arron he is great at helping you find the one for you.

I always dive with 2 computers. I have retired my very old Skinny Dipper and added the Veo 100 which matches another Veo 100 I have used for several years. Use it for both air and nitrox. When I have had service needs, Oceanic stood behind their equipment. I do 100 - 150 tanks per year in cold and warm water.

Comments about Oceanic Oceanic "Veo 100 NX" Wrist Dive Computer, Yellow:

I used this computer during my last dive trip in Cozumel. It is easy to use (only 1 button to go through the different menus) and easy to read (large digits).
You can only log 12 dives, so you have to make sure you download your dive information.
It would be nice to have the color coded graph bars, but your can live without it.
It is not too conservative. My husband has a Suunto Mosquito, and he would go into Deco while I am still OK (although close to Deco too).

Service & Delivery comments:

Very quick delivery (4 days) and in good condition. Right on time for my trip !
