Mares Mission Puck 3 Console consisting of the Puck computer capsule and a compact easy-to-read pressure gauge with chrome-plated brass body and is completed with a compact compass. The shock resistant elastomeric techno polymer case has been designed with optimized angles and shape for maximum ergonomics. The central loop hook, added to the sides allows flexible attachment. The Puck 2 Computer uses Mares-Wienke RGBM (Reduced Gradient Bubbles Model) algorithm. The RGBM takes into account the phenomenon of micro-bubbles in order to prevent their formation. In over 10,000 real dives monitored by Dr. Bruce Wienke in the Los Alamos laboratories, the formation of micro-bubbles has been studied and evaluated in order to better understand the mechanism behind how micro-bubbles are formed during a dive. Today it is the most evolved algorithm for reducing the formation of micro-bubbles without compromising dive times.

I bought this computer used with two dives on it. After I put about 20 dives on it myself I started having problems with it. Sometimes it wont turn on and sometimes it will just die in the middle of a dive. I probaly just got one with a defect. Beside that it is a good computer. Very user friendly. I would probaly spend the extra money and get the Puck Air if I was going to buy another.

Everything worked great once I mastered the PUCK setup. All systems worked according to Mares advertising and it only took two dives to get acclimated to the PUCK readout. Pressure gauge is a pressure gauge. After second dive noted the PUCK had a scratch on the lens possibly caused by coral abrasion, have to check on a protective cover for it.

Delivery great, arrived in great condition. Regulator and gauges arrived in one box, well packaged.
