Wireless Air Integrated Technology The first of it's kind, the Epic Wristwatch is a sophisticated Dive Computer featuring hoseless air integrated technology. A transmitter threaded into the first stage high-pressure port continuously sends cylinder pressure data to the wristwatch. Frequencies are individually coded to allow multiple divers to swim side by side without interference with other units, as well as allow advanced divers to monitor up to 3 independent cylinders. Because the transmitter and display module are independent and separately powered units, the receiver may also be easily used as a stand alone, non-air integrated dive computer.

Buddy Pressure Check Swim to within 4-6 feet of your buddy and press a button to see his or her tank pressure - how easy could it be? No hand signals or disruptions.

Switch Between 3 Independent Transmitters

A transmitter threaded into the first stage high-pressure port continuously sends tank pressure data to the Epic mounted on your wrist. Frequencies are individually coded to allow multiple transmitter use or divers to swim side by side without interference with other units. Because the transmitter and Epic are independent and separately powered units, the Epic can be programmed and used as a stand alone, non-air integrated dive computer.

Advanced Wristwatch Functions The Epic is an advanced digital wristwatch featuring a 1/100 second chronograph (stopwatch) with lap timer, 24 hour countdown timer, daily alarm, alternate time zone with date, 12/24 hour clock, and backlight.

Patented Air Time Remaining Algorithm You're at 80 feet with 1300 psi remaining in your cylinder - how long before you need to begin an ascent to a shallower depth? Our patented Air Time Remaining feature calculates your current depth, breathing rate, cylinder pressure, ascent time, and decompression status to tell you exactly how much time you can remain underwater.

Dive Time Remaining Dive Time Remaining, like Air Time Remaining provides a 'real' number in minutes, considering Air Time Remaining, Nitrogen and Oxygen absorption, and automatically displays whichever allows less time.

Oversized Digits Take the AERIS challenge: When shopping for a new dive computer, compare the displays. When it comes to viewing critical information, which would you rather see at 100 feet?

Audible Alarms with Flashing LED Warning Light The Epic features a variety of system and user-customized audible alarms, alerting you to situations that pose a potential danger, or simply serve as a convenient reminder.

Comments about Aeris Aeris Epic Hoseless Wrist Computer, with PC Cable:

The computer is great. Takes a little to get used to but after two dives I was hooked. If this one ever busts, I'm buying another one. As an instructor it's nice when linked to the extra transmitters so I can see how my students air consumption is going. Also is valuable to show students improvement in breathing techniques (software included with computer)

Comments about Aeris Aeris Epic Hoseless Wrist Computer, with PC Cable:

The product is very good overall. I do have a few criticisms and these are relatively minor.

The manual could be organized a bit better.

The seal on the battery compartment could be designed to inspire more confidence that it's locked securely.

Also, I had one instance where the computer got locked into free dive mode and wouldn't go back to scuba mode when I was just beginning to use it. I was able to resolve the problem only by removing and reinstalling the battery. The problem has not reoccurred since, and I'm not concerned about it.

Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the product. The display is easy to read and provides the essential information on the main screen like pressure and dive time remaining. That was a concern I had before I bought a wristwatch style computer. It's great for travel. I can leave my wristwatch at home and just wear the computer. Also, it has a handy feature that keeps time in two time zones and lets you set the one that's in use.

Aeris has also added a configuration option that allows the computer to retain the nitrox mix setting between dives. On older models like my 750G, the mix reverts to 50% after each dive. That was extremely annoying. I was pleased to see that they changed that.

Comments about Aeris Aeris Epic Hoseless Wrist Computer, with PC Cable:

This is a great dive computer if you're looking for a small form factor. It's very easy to use once you spend some time studying the poorly written manual. After some trial and error dives (with backup gauges of course) it is flawless every time. I like the watch looks, functions, and size. My dive bag is big enough without having to add more gear to it for diving.

Service & Delivery comments:

Leisure Pro is simply the best online diving site out there. They are more than helpful and willing to work with you on just about everything (including great pricing).

Comments about Aeris Aeris Epic Hoseless Wrist Computer, with PC Cable:

This computer has all of the high end features of any other computer, but is as compact as a watch. Despite its small size, it is easy to read the information. I like the hoseless air integration. I also use it to monitor the air pressure of my younger children while we dive together.

My products arrived on time and in perfect condition due to the air bag pillows they use to pack them with.

Comments about Aeris Aeris Epic Hoseless Wrist Computer, with PC Cable:

by the look, it certainly looks cool. But lack detail for the depth limitation. It would be nice to have indication for battery life too, just like the mobile phone we use daily.
