TUSA's BCJ-2100 is a non-weight integrated wrap-around style BC that is ideal for the budget diver. The BCJ-2100 utilizes TUSA's Ultimate Stabilizing Harness completely eliminates tank roll and delivers an amazing fit. The U.S.H. securely holds the air cylinder in place with optimally placed rails and brings the tank closer to the body increasing tank control while reducing weight. The BCJ-2100 also utilizes TUSA's Independent Harness System isolates the BC jacket's harness from the air cell, tightly supporting the tank even with changes in air cell inflation/deflation. The I.H.S. prevents tank slippage and eliminates any gaps between the tank and your back. The snug fit responds to any underwater movement with maximum comfort. Buoyancy is controlled by TUSA's patented O.P.E.V. quick inflate/deflate system

this is a cheap product and not worth wasting your money on, the other guys that think this BC is great do not have much diving experience, this thing has almost no lift the inflator hose is very thin and flimsy, you really shoud spend a few more dollars and get a safe BC this one is not!!!

I wanted just a simple, basic BCD that works with my casual diving, the Tusa 2100 does just that, and saved me lots of money from getting the fansy featured ones. So far, been excellent. Great buy for beginners and casule divers!

I'm a diving center owner.I bought a Tusa 2100 BCD this year for dive-center usage as the price was fantastically low.It was used mainly for intro diving in the Black Sea.However, in the end of the summer season the nice-looking, very comfortable BC had been looked worn-out.So it's not really durable, but if you are a novice diver, have just finished your OWD course and don't want to spend gob of money on BC, BCJ-2100 is the best choice!

18 dives in one week and no issues with this BCD. I really don't see why people buy those fancy BCD's, they just seem to create more drag. Given the price, I have absolutely no complaints.

i am padi instructor in korea.
i bought this for my students because-you know- rental gears really suck. therefore i needed something basic, cheap, light and durable.
And this was great choice.
this bc is very basic but it has all. 2 dump valves, a few D rings and very big pockets.
my students really love this one. i love this too. i have my own scubapro classic plus bc but sometimes i feel like going diving with this bc.

i dont know better bcd for this price.
i bought this for my students(rental). they love this and i love this.
i think this is the best rental bcd ever.
it has all. 2 dump valves, big pockets and a few d rings.
inflating pretty fast and dumping quick too.
i liked that.
but if you think inflating is too fast, attach an alert, then it gets a little bit slower.

Ok so your looking for a BCD but which one? I personally have the i3 but i bought this for traveling & after using it i have to say i could live with it day to day too. I added the Blue Reef Octo inflator (on special for $70) & got it installed before delivery. Opened the box & they included the original so i can revert (thanks LP). Add a dive knife to the over the shoulder hose & you have a near perfect setup, its only missing an air integrated computer (mask) for a near horseless setup. The material will last forever, its built well and works even better. Its great NOT to have a weight integrated BCD, especially for travel but it makes dropping your weights at the end of a dive a trivial act that results in easier water exits (boats rock you know). Now i LOVE my i3 at 4-5 times the cost and it is a better BCD but i can live with this just as easily & spend the money on actually getting wet more often.PRO's, its cheap, well built & functional. Add the octo inflator when its on special it come to as much as the next BCD only in the range. I prefer a weight belt now, wouldn't buy another weight integrated BCD (even my beloved i3). Light for travel & better made than most of the specialized travel BCD'sCON's, one pocket either side, 2 clips so not for tech, cave or extreme cold divers... But for everyone else it should be your first pick, or a second BCD for travel (with inflator) as its light & helps cut down the hose tangle mess the spare Octo causes us all...

Makes my local stores look like gouges when it comes to price & service has been perfect with my many orders over the last 2 years. Funny thing is the shop assistants all buy their gear from here too... LOL... They just dont tell you that when they are trying to sell you something.

Although I haven't used this TUSA BC yet, it appears as advertised: a tough, durable, basic BC with all the features needed for warm water recreational diving; at a very good price. For me, less is more in terms of "bells and whistles" affixed to dive gear.

I bought this BC for a dive trip to Antarctica. It is light weight and has more features than most travel BCs. The zipper pockets are large enough to hold accessories and strong enough to hold weights if needed for minor buoyancy adjustments.

This is a sturdy and well built basic BC. Packs easily and light for travel. Two zipper pockets and several plastic D-rings. Easy to adjust shoulder straps. Although the cummerbund is adjustable it is not depth compensating (it does not have elastic to get tighter as your body compresses with depth). Note: only one tank strap (I prefer two). Rails keep tank aligned properly. The inflator and dump valves work very well, and the BC promotes balanced horizontal swimming underwater and floats well on the surface in heads up position. Just dove in Florida last weekend with it on the Vandenburg.

I can not say anything good about this product. It is uncomfortable to wear. It is the right size but does not fit well. Has pockets at the side that make the BCD stick out. I would not buy this BCD again.

Bought my wife one and she loved it so much she made me buy one for myself. Great basic BC!! Nice Big Pockets on both sides w/ ez zippers. The control buttons are EZ to use. This BC creates allot of well balanced lift. Dump valves are conviently located. You can spend more money on one if you choose but this one will do the job nicely for you...it has me and my wife. All-in All a great BC!

For the money, this is the best BCD ive found anywhere. It doesnt have all the bells and whistles of a $400 BCD, but for basic sport diving, who needs them? This is a perfectly comfortable, functional BCD that does exactly what it says it will and doesnt break the bank doing it.

After a brief hiatus I am getting back into the sport. I have been diving for 25 years and I have used several different types of BCD's. Tusa products are well constructed and durable with simple easy to use features. The adjustable cumberbund is a surprise and allows this BCD to grow with the diver. Highly recommended. Great BC for the money. Unbeatable value. We use these as rental equipment on a dive boat and everyone seems to like them. If you do not wear a wetsuit, you may want to order a size smaller than you would think.

I have beed diving for over 30 years and I allways stayed with the older type of gear, this is the first power inflator for me and that took some time to master. (But I know that was my falt) But it feels good and seems well made

This is my first BC. I think its great for the money. I wish it it more rings so I can clip my gear to. 5 dives and I'm still alive.

I have used this BCD in both fresh and salt water now and at high elevation and it performed perfectly in all cases. The only things I could have wished for would be a chest strap and more steel D-Rings to attach extra stuff to. For a basic model BCD at this price I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.

I purchased the TUSA 2100 for about the cost to repair my old BC. Now I have a brand-new BC that is well made and has some features that I prefer over my old BC. What a great deal!
