I bought this BCD for my girlfriend and she loved it. The i3 system very easy to use and precise to adjust buoyancy. Very confortable and easy to adjust. I bought the man version witch i am waiting for.

This is an awesome BC and my wife loves the I3 system.
Since it appears one cannot update a review once published, even though I stated my intention to update it I provide here an update of my review posted on Oct 27 2009. Originally this product was delivered without the manual, trim weight pockets or MP inflator hose. I was very concerned about this, especially as I planned to use it that weekend. However, LeisurePro were very apologetic and amazing at rectifying the situation. It turns out the XS version does not include trim weights even though the manual says it does. In fact further digging on Aqua Lung's website shows several inconsistencies with respect to this. However LeisurePro said they would send me Mares weight pockets for free. Additionally they shipped me the missing inflator hose and manual and the sent the entire package next day air so it would arrive in time for the dive.
Thanks Leisure Pro, I am now very impressed with the service and this is truly an awesome BC. I just wish they had the mens ones in-stock in my size so my wife does not have all the fun.

I absolutely love this BCD. It is super comfortable and also about as stylish as you can get with a BCD. My favourite feature of this is the lever inflate/dump (as opposed to usual pull dump). It makes it super easy to adjust your buoyancy. I am also a fan of the integrated weight system, no more bruised hips. All in all, I am in love with my BCD and highly recommend it to anyone.

I have only 14 dives under my belt but this BCD made me feel like a pro! It worked great and I had my boyancy figured out in two dives. The I3 makes it so easy! Up is up and down is down. I messed it up the first dive but I had it down for the second. I am 5'9" and 158 lbs for those of you that are wondering about size and I bought a Med/Larg. Probably could've gotten away with a Medium. I have heard the annual inspection is quite extensive on it, but I think it's well worth it.

Ladies, this BC is wonderful. A must have even if your new to Scuba like myself. I bought the BC befor my pool session's to make sure I like the way it performs, I got to tell you, this is defently the right BC. You don't have to mess with holding your arm up in the air to inflate or deflate. Comfortable fit. I have recommended this to the ladies.
Leisure pro is the best for helping with the fit and prompt service. we received our shipment within 2 days @ normal delivery.

I love how this BC fits. It sits higher on the hips for those of us who have a shape like a woman and the sports-bra design is incredibly comfortable.
The pockets and extra features are very intuitive and easy to get to. It takes a little bit to get used to the new i3 valve, but after 1 dive you are good to go. I love that I can dump air from any position, even upside down. And yes I tested this!
My only complaint is that the pull down oral inflator hose sometimes comes down when you are adjusting the strap. That only ever happened on land though. Also, it takes A LOT of air to try to inflate the BC using this hose. Hopefully, I'll never have to use it though!
I would highly recommend this BC to any of my lady friends who are divers. Sorry fellas, get your own BC!

I just got back from a 8 nights in Bonaire with this BCD. It was wonderful! Very comfortable and easy to adjust straps as needed. It adjusts air very easily during dive, you don't have to move positions at all. Pockets on the velco strap and one on the right hand side. The pocket on the side easily fit our small underwater camera. There are extra weight pockets on the tank strap which was nice. The weight bags snap in and out very smoothly.
Only con was that it's not very light for packing, but I need to be able to dive in cold and warm water. It fits in the "Akona Adventure Series Big Mouth Bag (AKB384)" with Regulator, etc. I was able to carry this bag on all the planes, even the small hopper flights. Would recommend this BCD to anyone.
