I am a warm water, vacationing diver. I looked at other vests that were recommended by other shops. They were pushing weight integrated vests that were bulkier than this BCD. The classic sport was just right for traveling as it folds flat. I dont mind using a weight belt. This is a comfortable , basic vest .

Simple design and great snug fit. You won't miss the shoulder straps. Tough; Used this BCD for months while down south and loved it. Easy to put on and take off. Quick lever on tank band makes tank changes a breeze! Will buy my own as soon as I can afford it.
The deflate lever at the shoulder on the inflation hose is a great idea.
This would be the perfect BCD if the pockets were zippered rather than velcro. I don't usually carry more than a spare flashlight and CPR mask so this works out ok. Just enough rings to clip cue cards, octos, gauges, flashlights, etc.
Buy the weight integrated version if you will be diving with substantial weight (ie.: Cold Water). I prefer a belt when I'm only carrying a couple of pounds.
Also: 6' 195lbs 3mm wetsuit: I used a medium. Most BCDs I've tried seem to fit better if one size smaller than your regular T-shirt size.
