Harness The OMS Comfort Harness System is perfect for those who want a quality diving harness. The Comfort Harness System is a crossshoulder harness. This means each side of the upper harness crosses at the top (behind the diver's head), then joins to the lower assemblies on the opposite side. Top left to lower right and top right to lower left. This is a design for superior comfort. The Comfort Harness now incorporates a pull dump tunnel on each shoulder pad. Comfort Harness System with (4) Chest Mounted D-Rings.

The Comfort system stand alone kit # BP133 includes:
(Measurements and components may vary slightly)
1- 90" of 2" webbing with grommet in center (for upper shoulder assembly)
1- 70" of 2" webbing with grommet in center (for waist assembly)
2- 33" pieces of 2" webbing with an eye sewn in one end (Lower shoulder assembly)
1- 40" piece of 1" webbing (used as crotch strap)
2- shoulder pads
2- OMS hose holders
2- 1" slide/keeper (used with crotch strap)
1- 1" male buckle (used with crotch strap)
2- 2" male buckles
1- quick release

Nice harness upgrade for a back plate. Shoulder pads a litte stiff. Very adjustable and upgrade-able. Easy to add weight pouches and extra D-rings.

This is a very comfortable harness. In my group of divers I am the only one using the OMS harness. I think mine is the best of everyones. Adjustable to fit anyone, comfortable to wear, easy to remove with the large clips and great shoulder pads.

Straps, (webbing) not very durable in heavy use situations. Used on a set of twin steel 72's. Had less than one year and returned due to strap wear at the back plate! OMS not to eager to help.

This harness may look great in the pictures, but it is not for everyone. The comfort shoulder straps are extremely rigid and very long, making them (ironically) uncomfortable. I am a 5'7" woman with a small to medium frame, and the shoulder straps caused the chest straps to be too low and made the whole harness not fit me. The owner of my local dive shop had to customize the whole setup by removing the shoulder straps, making custom shoulder pads out of neoprene, and even replacing parts of the harness with softer webbing so that the harness is wearable and won't dig into your wetsuit and skin. OMS craftsmanship is still great, though. I would suggest getting the OMS one-piece harness or the deluxe harness instead, because the "comfort" part of this harness is not worth it.

Very pleased with the quality and function of this product. This harness forms the basis of a very versatile rig for use in any dive operations from business to pleasure. I'm using the OMS alloy Backplate and OMS 60lb banded wing with mine and have just added the back-pad for added comfort but it's quite useable without. The great thing about the OMS stuff is that you can add or subtract accessories to the base rig depending on the level of technicality/comfort desired.

This replaced my old Zeagle Tech wing with soft backpad and whilst that was OK with a single tank, it was marginal with doubles. This rig copes with either equally well and I'd never go back.

This is the best BC setup that I have ever used.. For the price I didnt expect it to be anywhere near this good.. Its obvious that the craftsmanship is second to none..

I was using a Scubapro S-tec BC and thats hard to beat but this one does..
