Of the models for travelling and those for professional use this jacket has intermediate characteristics including a good sized sack, a simplified harness and the use of a material that is light yet at the same time very strong. It has a Lock Aid quick release weight container system

Aquaride is the perfect jacket for the recreational diver who does not want to forego a full range of accessories and good buoyancy volume but does not want to reach the limits of professional models.

The shape of the sack favours the distribution of air on the side areas, offering a very natural trim. Two generous zip up pockets allow stowing of even bulky accessories.

On the back of the jacket two lead pockets allow for perfect distribution of the weights between these pockets and the integrated Lock Aid weight system.

The two-piece back panel is rigid with generous padding.

The wide range of accessories includes: a fully adjustable elasticated waistband, a comfortable padded back, a full range of D-ringsand snap-hooks for holding accessories and the rear release valve brought to the front.

Comments about Cressi Cressi Aquaride Women's BCD:

On this BCD do not over inflate or over weight it This makes it work better. This is a good BCD in either cold or warm water(temperature does not make the BCD work better or worse it is the divers trainning and experience) To love it is to know it!

Comments about Cressi Cressi Aquaride Women's BCD:

As a professional I need lots of spots to carry my bells and whistles - so I chose this one because of the d-rings, their placement as well as pocket space.
The BCD is very comfortable and true to size.
This is my first weight integrated B.C.D and I am not sure I like all that bulk at the sides, it seems unnecessary and doesn't streamline you well... I already have enough stuff to carry and wish CRESSI made this same model without the weight system.

Comments about Cressi Cressi Aquaride Women's BCD:

I am an OWSI and had a student bring one of these to class. She was a smaller girl and bought an XS BCD. The BCD didn't seem to have enough lift to keep it afloat in the water. She had 14 lbs of lead in the BCD and with the BCD fully inflated, it would not remain positively bouyant. For cold water diving this BCD would not be acceptable. It might be more appropriate for warm water/travel diving.
