I use the video as a decorative piece until someone that might be interested in taking the OW class whant to see what to expect in OW training. The video is informative at best but not technially educational

A great way to have a quick refresher for the occasional diver. I have been diving for over 30 years, and now usually just dive on vacations to tropical destinations - This is a great refresher to jog your memory about all the right practices!

Its a good video for beginners but i was hoping it would go deeper into diving knowledge. Goes over very simple and basic diving, not going teach you that much that you don't already know.
