I already owned a copy of PADI's "The Business of Diving" as part of my Instructor Development, but the owner of the new dive shop in town really needed a good primer on how to operate their business. A great "how to" in that respect. The book is dated 2003 but I could see there was still older information in it. Would really like to see an updated version with more current stats.
