Accessory pocket with clip closure for positive retention you can attach to your BC. The back of the pocket has both a 4.5" long webbing strap that the waist strap can be threaded through as well a 3" x 3" hook & loop square that can be placed in between the hook & loop sections of the BC waist panel. Pocket has grommets for quick drainage.

Wellmade but tiny capacity

Zeagle tends to make quality pouches and this is no exception: strong material and good stitching, ie built to last. And it can be attached to a cumberbund up to 4 inches wide.
Now the downside: In my opinion, the buckle is positioned too far down, resulting in a small capacity. It will hold a modern low-volume mask snugly and by stretching the elastic buckle strap (with hardly any room to spare), but if you have an older multi-window mask from say, the 1900's, it might not fit in there. This would make a really nice pocket for mask or SMB if only the dimensions are 1 inch longer for all sides. Dive Rite makes a mask pocket for about the same price and that one has a larger capacity than this.
