I use these to hang up our 50+ immersion survival suits for offshore fishing. Per the manufacturers recommendation, these need to be hung when not in use, and this is the only hanger that is capable of taking the weight (as far as I have seen).

I don't dive, but I do surf and paddle. I have several wetsuit "tops" that if I were to use a standard hanger when they're wet, the shoulder area becomes damaged. These hangers have enough width to support the wet garment. The other perk is that the hanger width holds the top open slightly and helps it dry faster.

This is a great product. It's plastic material won't rust or bend. Sturdy enough to hold a soggy wetsuit to dry &/or store. I have bought several of these hangers in the past and highly recommend them.

I hate wimpy hangers, sagging and dropping heavy items on the floor of the closet. This gem is built to carry the weight of a wetsuit with ease. It does not have hooks for accesories however like the ones specifically designed for BCDs.

Heavyweight performance, light weight hanger. Wide enough to not put creases in my wetsuits or drysuits. Made of heavy duty plastic, the hanger is very durable and can survive the 6 foot drop from my drying rack to the concrete floor of my garage.

I bought two of these and returned them.I should have looked at the picture more carefully. I wanted something to support the shoulders better. These are exactly what they claim "sturdy hangers" in that they are just like big heavy versions of the plastic hangers you have in your closet. I will buy something different that have wider shoulders.

These hangers are great! After we use our wetsuits we just hang them up in the garage on these great heavy hangers and they seem to keep just like new. The heavy construction of these hangers makes for worry-free drying of my wetsuits. Just got some new wetsuits so I'll be ordering a few more hangers...
