They are a great addition to your compatible BC. Just put the weight in these pockets and attach it to your bc before you wear this is it. There's no weight-belt problems anymore. There's no "Rats I've forgot to wear my belt now I should take all off" blues. Your weight is where they should be they wont bug you even if you forget you can easily snap it there. It is easy to get rid of them too. The material is great and does not wear out easily.
