Comments about Scubapro ScubaPro Navigation Board with FS-1 Compass:

We wanted a compass and saw this option with a pad. Fits into my BC pocket. I've also added a clip so I can clip it to the BC "D" ring. Compass is easy to read. We used it on recent trip to Cozumel between dives to list fish seen and communicate during dive.

Comments about Scubapro ScubaPro Navigation Board with FS-1 Compass:

the compass is great. if you dont have wet-notes, you'll run out of space ont he slate quickly. i agree with the other diver who wrote, better compass than slate, but if you have wet-notes for excess note taking, this is a tremendous set-up.

Comments about Scubapro ScubaPro Navigation Board with FS-1 Compass:

The compass is mounted to a small writing slate so you can easily keep track of headings and dive plan. The compass is quick to stabilize (unlike some I've used). Lastly, with the compass mounted on the slate you can get the compass as far away from your tank as possible (so you minimize the impact of a large piece of metal interfering with the compass).

Not a bad tool. Kind of small for a slate, but just right for a compass. I use it more as a compass than a slate.
