Every diver should carry an extra set of fin straps. I have never used my spare set. I've given them away to divers who didn't have spares and broke their fin straps. Yes, fin straps will break from time to time. Get a set and carry them with you.

Had to buy 2 starps with all the other parts to replace one broken strap. [$] to "fix" a starp on a pair of fins that cost $75?????

No complaints. Sturdier than the original straps. Bought them for my save-a-dive kit, but switched them with my regular straps since they are better built.
