This shaft guide has been designed to solve the ever existing dilemma if spearguns should be used with or without a shaft guide. This question has been asked since elastic spearguns have been invented. Omersub has therefore developed this universal shaft guide which can be easily applied to virtually all existing spearguns existing on the market, featuring an aluminium or carbon fibre barrel in diameters from 25mm to 28mm.
The shaft is manufactured in PVC in various lengths. The guide features a peal off 3M adhesive tape specifically designed for marine applications. Once applied, the guide cannot be removed.
ATTENTION! The 3M adhesive is so strong that, once the guide is applied, it cannot be removed. Make sure it is perfectly positioned, before taking out the peal off cover.

Just tried with my 90 cm speargun and works better than spected. My shoots now go straight an precise. Also reduces the noise significantly because the shaft won't hit the metal barrel. It is a little tricky to stick it to the barrel, but if you follow the instuctional video (Omersub website), It will be a pice of cake!

This is a good product I have added to all my omer spearguns. It's not to difficult to install, but watch the install video on the omer website first. Its made of plastic and is hard to get perfectly straight, but easily keeps the spear straight.
