The overall design is fantastic. However the plastic "rigid" insert which aids in keeping the weight pocket in the BCD will snap in half allowing the entire weight pocket to fall out of the BCD. I strongly suggest using solid weights, not the bags of lead shot. This will help with this design problem. My remedy for this problem after mine broke: I ripped open the stitching next to the velcro and replaced the thin broken plastic piece with a more durable and thicker material. Leaving the seam open after replacing the rigid backing does not affect its use. The weights stay in place as designed.
