The adaptors are well made and consistently made ie no variation in manufacture (unlike the Faber inserts I was trying to replace). I have two issues with the adaptor.
1 The adaptor has two Orings, front and back. They are different sizes! So you need to carry two different spares - at least on the Fabers they are the same size.
2. The Orings are standard hardness - I needed to replace the yoke side O-ring after 2 dives. Replacing it with a D90 (rubber hardness) solved the problem and the adaptor has now done well over a hundred dives.
