Nice, large surface buoy; in this case size definitely matters.
Only a couple minor criticisms:
1) there's no strap to secure it for storage while diving, so I jerry-rigged my own with a clip to hook it to my BC; and
2) the purge valve sits about 18" from the bottom of the buoy. No problem, except when you try to roll it up for your dive - placement in another area (if possible) would certainly have benefited in making it a smaller rolled package.
Other than that, it's a great product.
Like all my orders from Leisurepro, delivery was fast, efficient, and accurate.

This SMB is a bit bulky, but it still fit in my BC pocket; I wear a large BC. It inflates easily and shoots to the surface without any problems. The only thing I would like to have is a velcro strap to wrap around it, so that it stays in a tight roll. Great product for a reasonable price!

Good product, but you need to be prepared to keep it in a mesh bag or attach your own strap to keep it secured while not in use.

I bought this product to be a combination lift bag and SMB. The reason you buy a SMB is to make sure you are seen.
This SMB is big, and easily seen. It rolls up into a compact form, although it would be nice if it had a bag. I made a velcro closure for it that wraps around the rolled bag and hooks to my BC.
It appears to be rugged, and the vent valve is of high quality.
Air does not leak out when filled and floated to the surface, you pretty much have to use the valve which is OK.

This a great (and big) surface marker and a nice little lift bag in one. It is very visible. And it has enough lift for lifting stuff like a small anchor.
And yes, it's too big for most bcd pockets. So hang it on a clip on your bcd.
It's hard to get all the water out after the dive.
It's easy but a bit slow to inflate. The big plus is that it holds the air and does not spill at the surface. You can lay it on the surface and rest on it after the dive!

Nice size marker so that you can be seen in the event of a problem. Also can be used as reference line if floated on a reel. OMS is a great product

Aqualung US does not import its bouey so I bought this one. It's the same but twice the price. with no reason. but you must have a bouey. Always. So I bought this one. But it is VERY expensive for a simple bouey with purge. But it is good. I already used it to lift a small anchor to the surface and it worked well. 20kg of lift is sufficient for recreational uses.

This item can function as a lift bag and surface marker or safety sausage but unlike a basic sausage it can be deployed at depth due to the overpressure relief and it is more visible than a simple lift bag. The baffle design works well and holds air without leaking but allows easy inflation at depth. You should consider a thumb reel with this to shoot from depth in an emergency.

Used the Lift bag this weekend for some lift bag work, does a great job as a lift bag. However as a safety sausage it's really too big to stuff into most BC's pockets. If you need it for both purposes then I would recommend it, if you only need a safety sausage probably not other then the fact that because of it's large size it would be easy to spot in the air.

excellant SMB for technical diving, enough lift, no spill, stands high, stays inflated on surface,if you buy one, try to shoot it from deeper than 10 meters. great value for money.

It's extremely well made and durable, and very big and visible. All the things one wants in an SMB! It also has heaps of lift, so it doubles up as a useful lift bag. The only downside it it takes up a lot of room in my BC pocket, but that's nothing really. Good product. Recommended
Delivery was very prompt. Arrived in Australia inside a working week. Impressive.

I didn't even take this thing out of the package before returning it. It is enormous, even rolled up. I have large BC pockets and it won't fit in them. I can't imagine having this thing dangling off of my BC. It may be well made, etc., but if I wouldn't even consider dragging it around what good is it. Maybe for tech divers this is just the thing, but warm water recreational divers like myself need something a little easier to carry.
