Once you get this bad boy adjusted right, your trim will be much more stable and the tank will sit more evenly to allow better diving. It adds some weight to your setup so you can expect to take around a lb or 2 off of your belt. I would aso recommend that you get the better Dive-Rite Cam Straps since they are stainless and basically indestructable.
I rate it a 9 out of 10. I would recommend that if you are diving a backplate to add more weight to your plate itself. They do sell Channel weights that will add 4 to 11 lbs vaiously. It beats wearing all that weight in the water.
