Got this as just a whimsical thing to set around and my brother to play in the pool and bathtub with. He is MR and so has a tendecy to tear things up. This will withstand all sorts of things any kid (or adult) can throw at it. VERY VERY VERY good quality for the money! If you need stocking stuffers this Xmas, you might consider this.
Just looks great as it is, doesn't it?

My kids, ages 2 &4, love to use the swimmer scuba diver for entertainment in the tub and at the pool. They have both learned about SCUBA diving from the realistic model and are interested in learning more. They both ask MANY questions about the aquatic environment of Scuba divers and want to know more about ocean life and the many different creatures that divers encounter.

I proposed to my fiance on a dive trip to St. Lucia last year, so we thought it would be great to have a scuba-themed wedding cake, complete with divers, a reef and a sailboat (on the layer up above). These action figures were the best ones that we could find on the market, although I was hoping to get some just a little bit smaller. Fortunately for us we have a fabulous pasty chef and she is designing a cake around the divers and the sailboat topper!
Their gloved hands rotate, so we can position them "swimming" next to each other and holding hands, or one slightly pointing or dropping an arm. It would be great if they were articulated in the knee and hip joints so that they could appear to be finning, but for what we needed, they were perfect!
Would like to see a Girl scuba diver in the future, with her hair flowing out and maybe a neon pink wetsuit. I will have to hand-paint a bikini bottom or something on one of these so it looks more like a chick!

I purchased this product for my husband's 50th Surprize Scuba Diver Party in July along with the Diving Helmet clock mounted on the oak plaque. I was real impressed with both products. My husband was so surprized and thrilled beyond words. He really loved his new Diving buddy and we placed him in the pool while My husband taught everyone diving tactics. Everyone loved this little diver. He is so realistic, just wished somehow the legs moved. Thankyou for making my husband's 50th so very special. He will have lasting memories. Who every said getting old has to be boring, the older you get the more fun you have. Thanks again [...].
