This is a heavy duty name tag. It has rubber backing which makes it difficult to slide the supplied address card back into the tag.

Water did make its way into the tag and smudged my ID card information. Therefore, I would suggest making up your own ID inforation on a computer, printing it out, and then laminating it. Be careful about taking measurements ahead of time when doing this. The new laminated ID that you will put in the tag may not work since it is tight fit and tough to slip it back into this tag due to the rubber backing.

The nylon strap that holds this tag is very sturdy and is another reason why I purchased several of these tags.
