Awesome!!! I added this mouth piece to my Scubapro regulator about 6 months ago, and diving has never been the same since! No more jaw fatigue. The rubber is soft enough not to dig into your flesh. The bite-wings are long enough to stay firmly in your mouth with a relaxed bite.
This reg. mouth piece has makes you forget that you have a regulator in your mouth.

when i started my dive class i was having trouble with jaw pain lasting a full day after class. i thought it might be my ears hurting and i was concerned. i also had trouble with the reg wanting to pull out of my mouth and diging into the inside of my lip. i read about this mouth piece and decided to buy it. so far it has been the best money i have spent on a peice of equipment.

This is a great mouthpiece much better than stock. Jaw pain has completely gone. Easier to hang on to without having to bite so hard. On long dives this is a must have.

There's no effort to hold it in your mouth, it just fits like a glove. The only thing to watch is if you have an integrated octopus on your BCD then your main regulator becomes the emergency air for your buddy, which means it won't fit their mouth well, but hey, in an out of air situation I guess it won't matter much.

As a person who boxed for USA Collegiate Boxing I am very picky about the type of mouthpiece I utilize. I want one that is comfortable, durable, and will protect my teeth (not pull them out of shape). Using the standard mouthpiece which comes with a regulator = bad experience from the moment it goes in (let alone using it in 50 degree water when your mouth is numb).

I molded this to my mouth (took me more time to find my pot then to mold it) and it is very comfortable.

You do not have to squeeze your jaw when wearing this (after molding). I gave a tug on my regulator and my head tugged...without squeezing my jaw. What does this mean? Secure fit, comfortable fit. Now the only problem with someone kicking you in the jaw is a sore jaw.

The plastic is also the same as what I used when boxing - which means I won't be chomping through this like I did my original regulator mouthpiece.

If comfort and "secureness" are a concern for you then buy this and never look back.

Just remember - read the instructions before molding - you do NOT need to press your teeth hard when molding the item.

I always suffered from TMJ after several dives, but didn’t realize it. I was on a steady diet of ibuprofen when on a dive vacation. For a long time I thought the pain was onset of ear infection. This product solved all that. Per the instructions when fitting the mouthpiece don't bite too deeply or your teeth will fit so closely together it will restrict breathing.

Works exactly like you would expect. Dramatically reduces jaw fatigue. I read where some other users had bitten down too hard when molding their mouthpiece, so I deliberately bit pretty lightly... and then had to do it over again. But it was perfect the second time, and I'm glad I made this improvement to my reg.

I have owned mine since 1990 and I am replacing my regulator now after 18 yrs of diving. The mouthpiece looks like it will fit on the scubapro, so I'm going to keep on using it! It continues to feel great in the mouth, definitely reducing jaw fatigue.

This mouthpiece seems pricey but is worth every penny. By providing an exact fit to your teeth, cheeks and gums your regulator can be held with much less effort.

Also the bite tabs use ALL of your teeth to stabilize your 2nd stage. Since you use more teeth to hold your 2nd stage, each tooth needs to exert less individual pressure. This results in less jaw fatigue and jaw soreness.

One caveat. Despite being warned, I bit a little too hard while molding my 1st Seacure. Your need to press firmly with your cheeks and tongue but only gently with your teeth. If your bite impressions are too faint, you can dip it in cool water, heat it up again and re-mold it. If you bite too deep then you can't undo the damage.

Having said this, I still use my 1st "damaged" Seacure on my spare regulator. While not a good as the replacement, it's still better than the stock mouthpiece that came with that regulator.

My dentist suggested I get a custom made mouthpiece after I started complaining of jaw pain after a weekend of diving but the cost was prohibitive. I figured I would just live with the pain. Then a dive shop pointed these mouthpieces out to me and I haven't looked back. For a fraction of the cost of a custom made mouthpiece, you get a custom made mouthpiece!!! The pain is gone, I don't even have to clench my teeth, and the bonus is that no one tries to borrow my gear LOL!!! The best purchase ever!!

This is one of those products that you need to experience to appreciate. I thought I had a fairly comfortable mouthpiece until I changed to the Seacure. The difference is phenominal ... much less tiring and no tendency of the regulator to slowly work its way to the side. A best buy !!

Great mouthpiece, Easy to mold just dip it in hot watter and Bingo.
Can be re mold many times which is great if you are not confortable with your first try.
I had to re do mine 5 times intil I was satisfied.
Could be made un softer material , can be hard in the gum if not mold propely. I would definitly buy it again even tought it's expensive.

I have a pronounced overbite, so to keep a standard mouthpiece in place I had to clamp down like a terrier on a pork chop. Result? After a 2-tank dive I had a nasty headache. I have had three different Regs, and have made it a point to buy Seacure Mouthpiece for each of them. They make diving so much more comfortable, no jaw-numbing rubber-clenching in un-natural positions anymore.

Wow! What a difference the Seacure made during and after a dive. I got 31 dives in 2 weeks and not a single headache or jaw fatigue post-dive.

Once molded to your teeth layout, it takes no effort to hold the regulator in the mouth without extra bite, which usually causes jaw fatigues. Often time jaw fatigues consequently make all the muscles around the jaw to neck tighten up. Without notice, most divers wouldn't know, this can trigger a headache.
