Does it seem like every time you turn your head to the underwater it feels like the regulator wants to pull out of your mouth? This can be caused by several things, tank too low in back pack, hose too short for your size body, BCD does not fit properly, whatever the problem is one way to fix it quick and easy is with a swivel.

Aqua 360° Regulator Swivel attaches between the 2nd stage and hose. It allows freedom of movement between the 2nd stage and hose. The 2nd stage remains comfortable in your mouth regardless of which direction your head is turning. Swivel is made of corrosion resistant durable chrome plated marine grade brass for years of comfortable service.

The swivel takes all the stress off of the hose pulling on your second stage regulator. You nolonger need to keep a grip on your mouthpiece so you have less jaw stress.

Excellent addition to second stage that eases jaw fatigue and gets hose closer to body (hose comes under arm rather than over shoulder.

Initially I liked this product, it was much cheaper than the OmniSwivel brand I was originally intending to get. This swivel worked great and was comfortable etc. like it was supposed to be. After about a month of use I got a freeflow at ~150'...thank god for practicing my valve drills...Take everything apart and find out the o-ring had blown. Removed and replaced with another viton and about a week later(3 dives later) while I was getting in the water...take it apart and magically it's the same o-ring and blown in the same manner. This thing is getting tossed in the trash and I'm going to buy the OmniSwivel brand instead...$30 mistake for not going with the good one the first time

This is a great accessory for divers who use an octo-inflator setup like myself.When my buddy and I practice air sharing it allow my primary regulator to swivel around without putting a big bow in the hose making it more comfortable for the recipient.I wish they would make It out of titanium,but I still recommend it to my friend.

This swivel works as intended and costs a lot less than the ones [...] is selling. I've used it with my aqualung titan lx 2nd stage and an octo hose which is probably not the optimal setup, so I'm not getting all of the benefits of the swivel. However, even with the longer hose the swivel improves my hose routing resulting in less jaw fatigue. I would highly recommend this product if you don't want to spend on a miflex hose.

I just bought this adapter to relieve jaw fatigue due to pressure created by the hose to the second stage of my wife's reg...works as intended. Is currently stiff so needs to be more actively manipulated than expected...This hopefully will work out with prolonged use. Overall is and heavier than larger than expected.

Regulator swivels are terrific for improving comfort, jaw fatigue, and hose routing. This one is perfectly adequate for all of those. On the other hand, while the angle of the swivel gives you more flexibility, it can also create odd and even uncomfortable angles underwater.
