This cap is a must-have, but I'd recommend getting something else to attach it to the reg....I attached it, went on 1 dive, and during the SI I noticed the cap was gone. The line attaching it had snapped and the cap fell off during the dive (probably when penetrating the helicopter) Luckily I had my old rubber cap in my gear bag so my reg did not go uncovered. All in all it is a great seal, just has a very cheap cord.

If you have a soft rubber cap, get one of these to replace it.
The soft rubber caps seal very poorly.
