Comments about Aqua SeaDine Snorkel Snax - Underwater Fish Food:

Before purchasing this product, please consider why "some snorkel and diving areas do not permit fish feeding." It is because of the cascading ecological effects that can result from fish feeding. The fish may love to eat those pellets and it may not harm THEM themselves, but think of it in these terms: If you offered some kids a massive bag of candy next to a plate of broccoli, which do you think they'd choose to eat? Which is better for them? Obviously feeding fish is like offering candy to kids, except it's worse...instead of just affecting the fish's health, it can affect the overall health of the reef. If fish are full of "candy," they won't eat the "broccoli," or their natural food on the reef. Herbivorous fish play an important role as grazers, keeping algae populations in check. Too much algae can harm the reef and ultimately kill it. If that's not convincing enough, people can be bitten. It is a common occurrence at Honolua Bay, Maui, and elsewhere. So please think of the potential consequences...to you and the reef...before you purchase this item.

Too bulky and heavy underwater. Found the Fishsqueeze much better to use. Refillable many times and cost less then this product. [...]
