I'm not much into writing reviews online. I was skeptical of this product and it took the urging of my dive buddy Ron to get me to try out Diver's D\Lyte. The taste was pretty good – reminded me of Tang. The thing I did notice was the total absence of cramps in my legs. I always cramp up on dives and no matter what remedy I tried nothing worked. So I'm impressed and will always take this stuff with me on all my dives from now on.
