I bought one of these last year. It worked great until yesterday. I had a feeling the cheap plastic knob would eventually break. Now it is garbage, as you cant turn the nub that is left. When they make this with a metal knob, I will buy it.

o k design but strap could be longer and strap lock needs to be a bit bigger especially when wearing gloves, i.e cold water diving

This Straps is a winner for me. I use the OEM straps that come with the BCD for years and every once in a while the tank would lossen up. The Bio lock by Apollo is easy to install within a few minutes. Once it go over the tank just a few quick turn on the knob and it on for good. I've done a few dive with this straps and no loosen tank yet. They should install them on all BCD as OEM strap. Love it.

The tank lock was easy to install. The lock is quick and easy to adjust when changing tanks. Since using the lock system, I have not worried about my tank dropping below my waist. Worry free diving is the way to go!

This one is a winner. Of all the straps I've had, this is the only one that doesn't slip...if placed correctly. You can now dive in confidence. There are only two small problems: 1) It's a little difficult to adjust if you are changing tank sizes a lot, and 2) It does tend to need to be readjusted. I think the latter occurs, because you can really tighten the straps a lot. However, it's a great strap.

An excellent and fast way to keep your tank secure in place. I put my jacket and take it off at least 3 times per day (if not more:) and it makes life a lot easier, I need like 5sec to put it on or take it off.
Very durable, seems it will last for a long time.
Had it for couple of weeks.
Definite recommendation!

If you only have one tank strap your NUTS not to use this. So tired of seeing tanks floating out. Always on a trip that someone's tank comes out. They should outlaw single straps. Never trust others to be sure you tank is tight.
