THe concept is nice, however, the plastic piece used for the lock tends to break off easily. in my case, it broke after the first dive.

Very simple to operate. Makes assembly much easier then the standard velcro strap. Holds very secure as well as provides for the ability to add trim weight pockets.

I've been diving for years, and now and then i would have a tank slip out because it wasn't cinched down good enough. Although this thing is pretty expensive, it does save you getting goofed up during a dive or having to surface and fix your tank. It also is pretty easy to figure out, works well, and is well built. Can't ask for more then that.

I have installed Bio Tank Locks on all 5 of my families BC's, and no longer have any tank slippage issues when the band is properly tightened. A non slip rubber sleeve around the band would provide additional security and require less tension on the band.

I was always worried about my tank coming loose on a dive (one interesing experience led to that). With the apollo, I don't have that worry anymore. It's definitely exceeded my expectations and holds my tank very securely and is easy to use.

How many times has your tank slipped ruining a dive? This WILL NOT happen to me again! This product is easy to use.There is a lttle adjusting you have to do at first, but it is worth it!My wife and I both have one.This product works!!

I will never have trouble with a tank slipping again. Much easier to use than a conventional strap. Easy to tighten...no straps to mess with. Worth the money!
