I bought this to replace the coil cord to restrain my console. I hated the coil cord ost of the time. I bought one of these for my wife's console. She loved it so I had to have one too.

I installed the smaller retractor on my wife's Aeris Contour BC. This BC has a pocket on the left side specifically designed for a retractor. It fits in the pocket perfectly. I have one also for my Aeris Atmos LX BC. No pocket on this one but it works well on the D-ring. Seems well built and sturdy. Time will tell how it will hold up. So far, so good.

I use this to hold my computer up off the bottom. The cord could be just a bit longer and the clips a bit bigger. It is functional and serves the purpose.

I use the retractor to hold my computer across my chest and to prevent my gauges and spare air from touching coral or dragging in the sand. I feel comfortable knowing that my computer and spare air are right where I need them.

The retractor is a little on the large side and the spring is too strong for continued use. I use one for my torch and the other for my camera and at least I know where they are when I need them.
