It is made of Ultra High Impact structural copolymer that makes it extremely strong and durable. Its exclusive 1/4" (6.4 mm) neoprene o-ring and ABS latches seal perfectly and includes an automatic purge valve for quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure. Your equipment can fit into the high density foam of the case for total subjection and protection against impact, vibration or shock. This is a superb case that's rugged and yet lightweight for traveling. I use it to transport UHF and microwave communications equipment. The fact that it is unbreakable and water tight are the factors most important to me. There are a lot of similar looking and cheaper cases, but they're not Pelican case. Pelican cases are #1.

When you dive on a dive boat, everything gets wet. So if there's anything you really want to keep dry, put it in one of these. Just get one big enough for what you want to put in it. It's also very stronge.
