Like most people I have a cell phone, glasses and a wallet on board so this was just what I was looking for to keep all my stuff dry. One thing that I would do is not keep the hatch closed for a look period of time idle (it will shorten the like span of th "O" ring).

I broke one of the plastic fasteners the first time I opened it. It still works for what I bought it for, to store a few small things.

Havent had the box long enough to evaluate the durability, but the box appears to suit my needs perfectly. The box was priced right.

This is bigger than the "save a dive" box I bought a few years ago and allow me to carry more tools and 'extras', but not too big to go in the mesh bag on boat dives.
