I use this watch to time my workouts; street walking, beach walking, and ocean jogging. What is great about this watch is that it is waterproof to 100 meters allowing me to swim while wearing it. Another thing that is great about this watch is that it looks exactly as the web photo; very stylish. A third thing that is great about this watch is that it has two times, stopwatch, timer, two alarms, and is easy to use. Things that are not so great about this watch is the band is uncomfortable and difficult to manipulate. The band is constructed out of a plastic that sticks to itself making it difficult to push the end into the clasp. The watch band is also a bit small for my average sized women's wrist. The band catches on many things including my hair (I like to wash it after swimming) and plastic bags, my purse, boxes, and whatever is near my wrist. The watch may be a less durable than I need because the instruction say to avoid exposing the watch to soap because it will deteriorate the seal, avoid exposing watch to high temperatures, like jacuzzi, because it may cause it to lose water resistance. Never operate the push buttons underwater. Important to wash watch with tap water after exposure to salt water. If this watch does not pass "my" durability testing, my next watch will be a man's watch. It looks good but the fit is awkward due to the offset position of the band; the watch sits across the wrist impeding bending.
