Watch doesn't sync as often as my other Casio models, but still syncs several times a week. Really a non-issue.
Watch band is designed to fit slightly loose, strapping it down snug would be uncomfortable.

This is a great watch at a unbelievable price. I use this watch for pretty much anything and everything and don't have to worry about it breaking because it is a G-Shock. All the functions are practical and the rally timer is cool and has practical applications such as setting time goals for running, swimming, etc. Only negative is that the buttons are a bit hard to press...but that's because the watch is mud resistant and the buttons are sealed. The band is heavy duty and is easily replaceable if you would want to buy a camo or different colored band. This watch will take whatever you throw at it.
