For business and pleasure, this watch features 1/20 second chronograph, shock and water resistant to 660' (200 meters), in a stainless steel case. Multi-band 5 atomic timekeeping will keep any traveler on time. The watch's multi-band timekeeper receives signals for the US, UK, Germany and Japan.
The atomic timekeeper function receives time calibration radio signals automatically up to six times a day which keep the displayed time accurate, alsohas a manual receiver function; the signal received for the US is WWVB at a frequency of 60 kHz, UK is MSF at 60kHz, Germany DCF77 at 77.5kHz and Japan JJ40/JJY60, world time with 29 time zones (27 cities), city code display, and daylight saving on/off function.
Uniquely shock resistant, using a basic structure with several layers of protection supports the module comprising the watch core, thus preventing transmission of intense shocks. Watch has neo-brite luminous hands and markers making it easy to read in low light situations. This timepiece has daily alarm, 1/20 second chronograph with a measuring capacity of 59'59.95" and a measuring mode for elapsed time.
Watch is equipped with full auto-calendar (pre-programmed until the year 2099), 12/24 hour formats, and watch is accurate +/- 20 seconds per month (with no signal calibration). The storage battery is a solar rechargeable CTL1025 battery. There is a power saving function, and an approximate battery life of 5 months on a full charge without further exposure to light. Watch comes with a black resin band.

Great Watch. My second GSHOCK purchase. Wanted an analog chronograph that was durable, rugged and unique, and this one is definitely all of these. Big and heavy, but design and watch band make it comfortable to wear. Watch design and appearence is smart and stylish. Wear it for work and formal occasions. Purchased it in early October, and have had no complaints so far. Love the atomic timekeeping and solar power features. It synchronizes every night with no problem.
