I've thought of other G-Shocks as being a little to bulky, and when I ordered this one I wasn't sure if I'd like it. It is on the large end of the range, but not objectionable to me.
After ~3-months of use, I've found the alarm functions to be great, with I think five different alarms, w/ ability to be set for, weekend only, weekdays only, or once and hourly chime alarm that can be set for a limited range of time.
This works well since I use the snooze alarm as my alarm clock. If I get 5-years of battery life out of this watch, I'd be very impressed.
