I have had three of these watches - one was destroyed in a motorcycle accident, one leaked after a 'reputable' jeweler replaced the battery and the third has been flawless for the past two years. I use this watch every day at work (a police dog handler) and water sports. It is a bargain at the price and holds up well. I too have had trouble finding replacement bands that are of the original quality. Overall a great timepiece.

This watch is well made, looks nice and keeps perfect time.It is nice enogh to wear 98% of the time. I have a dress watch to wear at formal events but it does not keep good time.

In short, I love the watch and would recommend it to friends.

This was my second Casio of this type. My first one had the lower left setting adjustment pin hang up after a few years use...and thus a new one. After less than a year of use on the new watch, the exact same pin hung up...Analog still works tho it chaps me that the exact same pin failed......Think I'll step up to Seiko......hope this helps

I wear these watches all the time. Building, biking, swimming, sleeping. Nice looking enough to wear with suit as well. Have had a bit of hard luck in getting battery replaced. Sometimes the watch won't take new battery and just shuts down. Jeweler says this is normal for these watches and tried to sell me something very expensive. Have another one that took new battery, so I don't know. Battery was [$]so buying new watch with new battery and band for [$]makes as much sense as replacing. At the price I have just replaced. Latest one survived traumatic car crash. It was smacked pretty hard, as was I, and kept on ticking. I dive with it regularly. Looking for band replacement of quality that came with original... may just buy another. Very happy with these watches.

I didn't buy this from LP but I see that they have the best price by FAR! I paid [$]dollars 2 yrs ago from a big national discount store. That store now has it for [$]. LP still beats that or any other price I've found. [...] I took my chances and sure enough it wouldnt keep time. After replacing the battery and still having the problem, I brough it back for exchange. First watch must have been a lemon because the second watch has worked flawlessly for two years. I have had this watch down to 130' about 6 times. 100' and less about 30 times with no problems at all. Its a handsome functional watch and at this price a bargain.

a beautiful watch...my second one.....tho....NOT a dive watch per say. 100meter water resistance upon calling Casio...means...OK for swimming.....not from a High Dive....not for snorkeling....not for scuba....not with a hi pressure hose (car washing). Static shallow Water is OK.....but hi pressures ( water hose, diving boards, deep snorkel, regular dives) are not warrentied...Soif you're looking for a dive watch....pass...But if you want a good looking everyday watch.....get it....again its my second one of these

I have used Casio dive watches for over 20 years and never had a failure. The only down side is the band - the adjustment holes are too far apart.
