Don't let the price tag fool you, the Carbine series delivers more bang for your buck than anything in its class. Just like its bigger brother, Carbines are constructed of aerospace grade aluminum and feature high-strength stainless shafts and triggers. They're powered by one or two ½" Hi-Mod bands and a low-profile, pistol grip handle that makes for easy target acquisition. So, if you want a spear gun that will bring home plenty of fish without breaking the bank, the Carbine fits the bill.

Comments about JBL JBL D5 Mini Speargun (D-5):

True to the saying you get what you pay for this speargun is a low end model. The first problem is that there is no place to coil up the line like on most spearguns so it just kind of floats around in the water. The line comes with no shock cord. The band is very difficult to pull back because of there not being any butt plate to hold against your leg. There are better made mini spearguns out there, save your money and purchase one of them.

Comments about JBL JBL D5 Mini Speargun (D-5):

I just started diving, but this product is great for a small to mid size fish, the range is not great but you really dont need that big of a range if you going for mid size fish. It is easy to use and very compact.
