Light gives a luminescent of18000 mcd and a bulb life of about 10,000 hours. Thelight color is 7,500K, will burn for eight hours on 4 AAA batteries, and is depth rated to 330" (100 meters). Light includes a special mount for easy placement on Fantasea, Sea & Sea (Y-S mount) and other Flex Arm systems.

I use this light to speed up the auto focus capability of my Olympus EPL1. My photos are now crisp and sharp, and the lens does not have to search long at all. This light is bright enough for the short range a photographer would need underwater. It has an auto cutoff feature that turns the light off instantly when the strobe fires, so there are no "hot spots" in the picture. The light comes with a mount that will attach to many strobe arms, and it is the cheapest focus light I've found. You can get better, but you will pay for it.

I built a tray for my wifes camera and affixed this light as a spotting light. Who would have known that such a small light could replace her dive light and serve as a spotting light. I am purchasing one for myself also.

light works great, will shut off momentarily when flash goes off. Not a powerful light, but works well for its size. I have a built in focus light in my strobe so this light is perfect for me. I love using this during night dives, it frees up my hands for using the camera.
